The Elevated Package is for members who require a higher level of attention to their healthcare.  Our team will respond to your immediate needs at any time of day/week.

• 24/7 access to Dr. Reed’s cell phone

• Priority responsiveness from our team

• Courtesy transportation to/from appointments as needed

 

Elite Membership

The Elite Package is for members who want an exceptional amount of personal attention.  It is ideal for someone who has special requirements and/or serious health conditions.

• Everything included in the Basic and Elevated plans, plus…

• House visits by Dr. Reed

• Home nursing visits by nursing staff

• Dr. Reed will personally round on you if in the hospital

 

Snowbird Options

We also have comparable membership packages available for people who require our services for only a few months out of the year.  If your primary residence is in another city and you have another primary care physician managing your health, we can provide our services at a reduced rate for the months you are here.  Give us a call, and we will find the option that is right for you.
